WALT: measure area

Today we helped Ebony solve a problem. Last term her and Ivan were trying to decide if the kids tables would fit on the lino area so that the carpets could be cleaned over the holidays. Ebony thought that they would not fit. We didn't either.

So we decided to try it out.



It turns out that Ivan was right. The lino area is 25 tables. We only have 24 in our class. One more would fill the little space at the end.

    Wow we really did put all the tables on the lino.Maybe next time we could add the computer tables or we could see how many people could fit on the lino.Please can we do one of those ideas.

    I love putting the tabels on the lino.I never thought that we could fit all of the tabels on the lino
